Position Overview
The Mark Charlesworth Real Estate Team is one of the top producing teams in Portland, OR.
We are looking to fill our Team Apprentice position.
The ideal candidate will possess great critical thinking skills, flexibility, be organized, responsible, and a great team player!
This would be the perfect position for someone who has thought about Real Estate as a career and wants to get their foot in the door.
We encourage personal growth through training and education. This position is intended to be the gateway to other roles on the team. Get trained while getting your real estate license!

We're a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Portland Metro area and Clark County, WA/. We have been ranked in the top 3 of real estate teams in the largest selling office on the east side for several years. We have over 300 5-star rankings on Google, Zillow and Facebook. We do things very differently than the average real estate company. The average agent in America sells 7 homes each year, we sell over 150 year over year.
Some of the tasks required for this role include and are not limited to:
Installing and removing signs from properties (Directionals, open house signs, etc.
Installing lock boxes from properties
Running general office errands
Basic organizing and filing
May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable insured vehicle for transportation
Real Estate knowledge preferred but NOT required
20-30+ hours per week + occasional weekend client events
Must be able to work independently
Must be willing to grow and move to other roles on the team
Required Education: High School or Equivalent
