Hi, I’m Val Pritchard! I was born and raised in Chile and came to the States nine years ago, eventually making the Pacific Northwest my home. I’ve lived here for the past three years, and in that same time, I’ve built my career as a real estate agent helping clients across the PNW. I love this region’s diversity, creativity, and strong sense of community — it’s what inspires me every day in my work. For me, real estate is about more than just buying or selling homes; it’s about people, connection, and guiding each client into their next chapter with confidence. Outside of work, I love spending time with my spouse and our two kids, exploring new places around town, or enjoying a cozy movie night together.
